sizing problems

the only thing i've done since the last post is measure Isabelle. there i got stuck again. the colourful measuring stick on our wall informs me that she has a total height of 98 cm, the store-bought clothes she wears are all size 104 or 110, and according to the measurement table in the Ottobre magazine (based on her hip, waist, chest, arm and shoulder measurements) she is a size 86, which means she is a 'baby', which means i cannot even make her this coat, because the coat is for 'girls', and you only get to be a 'girl' if you have a size 92 or more... HELP!!!!!!
